抑制mitochondrial的氧化磷酸化作用，影響Krebs循環 [2]   
 

Presentation 

Altered mental status. Convulsion

Vomit, diarrhea. Fever, Abdominal pain, Jaundice.

Metabolic acidosis

hypoglycemia

Acute hepatic or renal pathology [3] 

Antidote and Treatment

Support care [2]

Glucose if hypoglycemia. [2]
 

Disposition

If involves consciousness, organ function deterioration, hemodynamic change: admission.
